What does Serantos Group do?
We help growing companies put AI to work. That means taking the repetitive work off your team's plate and connecting the apps you already use so they finally talk to each other. AI should do the grunt work, not become one more thing you have to babysit.
What is AI workflow automation?
Using AI to handle the repeat tasks that eat up your team's day: data entry, follow-ups, reports. It also means linking your software together so information moves on its own instead of someone copying it between apps. You get fewer mistakes, faster turnaround, and people with time for work that actually needs them.
Are we too far behind to use AI?
Almost never. We hear this a lot. Most companies aren't too far behind, they just have older tools and messy data that need some work first. That's a normal starting point, and cleaning it up is part of what we do before any AI enters the picture. Being "behind" doesn't count you out. It's usually just step one.

What does working with you look like?
Three steps: Audit, Implement, Educate. First we dig into how you work and find where you're losing the most time. Then we build the automations and get them running inside your business. Last, we train your team so they know exactly how to run everything we set up.
Do we need a tech team or IT department?
No. You don't need coders or AI experts on staff; that part is on us. We handle the build, then walk your team through it in plain language. You end up with a system that works, not a pile of tools to figure out.
Will AI automation replace our employees?
No. We get rid of the busywork, not the people. AI takes over the repetitive tasks that wear a team down, so your people can spend their time on work that needs a real human. Most of our clients get more done and feel less stretched, without hiring more people.

Is our company data safe?
Yes, and we treat it that way from day one. We work inside the tools and permissions you already have, follow strict privacy practices, and set up each connection so sensitive information only goes where it's supposed to. We're happy to walk you through exactly how it's protected when we talk.
What tools and systems can you connect?
We connect with more than 500 platforms, including the CRMs, spreadsheets, chat tools, and databases most companies already run on. If the connection you need doesn't exist yet, we build it. The goal is all your systems working together instead of against each other.
What does it cost, and how do we get started?
